Together in the UK is seeking a Corporate Lending Case Manager to handle lending cases from application through drawdown. You will work with underwriters, brokers, customers, and external partners to ensure smooth progress and an excellent customer experience.

The role requires familiarity with corporate loan products, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases with tight deadlines. A proactive, collaborative approach is essential for success in this team.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate lending, loan operations, or case management at a financial lender.
• Familiarity with corporate loan products, credit analysis and lending processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in loan documentation.
• Solid understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with customers, brokers and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in CRM and loan operating systems.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate lending cases from application through to completion and drawdown.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, brokers, and stakeholders, providing excellent service and regular updates.
• Coordinate with Underwriters, Sales Teams, Portfolio Managers, Solicitors and Valuers to progress applications efficiently.
• Monitor case pipelines, manage timelines, resolve issues, and elevate risks where required.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in line with lending and regulatory requirements.
• Support loan offers, valuations, legal processes, and completion activities.
• Produce MI reporting, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Provide coaching and support to the wider team.
