Job summary

Together, a UK-based mortgage and loan specialist, is seeking a Corporate Lending Case Manager to oversee cases from application to drawdown. You’ll collaborate with Underwriters, Sales Teams, Brokers, and customers to ensure timely progress and a quality customer experience.

You will manage multiple cases, maintain accurate documentation, comply with regulatory requirements, and provide coaching to the team as part of a supportive corporate lending function.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate lending, loan operations, or case management in a financial lender.
• Familiarity with corporate loan products, credit analysis, and lending processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing loan documentation.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure smooth communication with customers, brokers, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in both CRM and loan operating systems.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing issues and delays.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate lending cases from application through to completion and drawdown.

• Monitor case pipelines, manage timelines, resolve issues, and elevate risks where required.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in line with lending and regulatory requirements.
• Support loan offers, valuations, legal processes, and completion activities.
• Produce MI reporting, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Provide coaching and support to the wider team.

Job Description

As a Corporate Lending Case Manager, you will manage corporate lending cases from application through to loan completion and drawdown.
