Our Client, a well-established venture capital business, is looking for a strong Corporate Associate to join their London based team.

This is a strong opportunity to get into a hands-on transactional role that will support a well-respected business investing in the technology-driven companies of tomorrow.

Candidate profile:

• c. 5+ PQE in a recognised Legal 100 Corporate team
• Strong Academic track record
• Demonstrable track record in Seed Round to Series D transactions - as well as mid and large cap deals
• ESG or Impact investing experience would be desirable
• A developed interest in Financial Technology, Green Technology or other disruptive technology verticals would be highly desirable
• Must have the right to work in England & Wales and be a qualified solicitor in good standing with the SRA
