Become part of the largest corporate team in Leeds, supporting national and international clients, with a focus on cross-border deals involving regions such as the US, Nordic countries, Germany, France, and Benelux. Our clients include private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, large private groups, and publicly listed entities. We handle both buy-side and sell-side deals, collaborating with lawyers across various jurisdictions, primarily based in London, thanks to our UK site strategy that fosters global relationships.

Our team specializes in:

  1. M&A (buy and sell side)
  2. Private equity (sponsor and management)
  3. IPOs and ECM work (company and broker/bank)
  4. Public takeovers
  5. General corporate advisory (group reorganizations, capital reductions, etc.)

Much of our work has an international component. Examples include:

  • Advising NASDAQ-listed Stagwell Global on its acquisition of Consulum (value confidential)
  • Advising Mattioli Woods Group PLC on its scheme of arrangement (£432 million)
  • Advising Green Street on its purchase of Delinian (confidential)
  • Advising on the sale of SSG to Aptean Inc. (confidential)
  • Advising Endless and Management on the sale of Findel Education (confidential)
  • Advising Voyage Care Limited on its acquisition of KDL Investments Limited (confidential)
  • Advising La Compagnie des Desserts SAS on its purchase of Didier’s Patisserie Limited (confidential)
  • Advising Renew Holdings PLC on its acquisition of Excalon Holdings (£26 million)
