A leading UK law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer to join its team on a 2-month interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior associate to work on high-value transactions in the renewable energy sector, within a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support on complex UK and cross-border M&A transactions.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate key corporate documents (e.g., SPAs, shareholder agreements).
  3. Advise on strategic matters related to joint ventures and investments in the renewables sector.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to manage deal execution.
About You
  1. England & Wales qualified solicitor with 7–8+ years’ PQE.
  2. Background at a top 50 UK law firm.
  3. Strong experience in running large-scale M&A transactions.
  4. Exposure to or strong interest in the renewables or energy sectors.
