The role focuses on building precedents, templates and know-how, while providing technical guidance on complex corporate matters and driving legal technology and AI initiatives. You will collaborate with partners and teams across the Corporate group, delivering training, updates, and thought leadership, and shaping how the firm delivers legal services to clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified Corporate solicitor with strong technical expertise.
• Interest in knowledge sharing, innovation, and legal technology.
• PSL experience welcomed; open to experienced corporate lawyers moving into knowledge-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining precedents, templates and know-how resources.
• Providing technical guidance on complex corporate matters.
• Delivering training, legal updates and thought leadership.
• Supporting development of legal tech, automation and AI tools.
• Identifying developments impacting clients and the wider team.
• Working on knowledge and innovation projects across the firm.
• Supporting business development initiatives and client content.
