Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Corporate Knowledge Lawyer for a highly regarded national firm. The role focuses on knowledge management, AI and legal tech, supporting the Corporate group at a senior level.

You will develop precedents, deliver technical guidance and shape how advisory services are delivered. Working with partners and lawyers across the firm, you will lead training, keep content updated and contribute to business development while staying at the

Qualifications

Qualified Corporate solicitor with strong technical expertise
Interest in knowledge sharing, innovation, legal technology and continuous improvement
PSL experience welcomed; open to corporate lawyers moving into knowledge-focused roles

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining precedents, templates and know-how resources
Providing technical support and guidance on complex corporate matters
Delivering training, legal updates and thought leadership
Supporting development of legal technology, automation and AI tools
Identifying legal and market developments that impact clients and the wider team
Working on knowledge and innovation projects with specialist teams across the firm
Supporting business development initiatives and client-facing content
