Job summary

Mills & Reeve is seeking a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer to join our national Corporate team. You will work alongside seasoned Knowledge Lawyers to deliver technical legal support, manage know-how and precedents, and drive innovation through legal tech and AI.

This highly collaborative role invites partnership across Corporate, Knowledge, BD, Tech and Digital teams to shape service delivery and client experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE in corporate practice.
• Strong knowledge management and AI interest with a focus on innovation.
• Experience with legal tech and document automation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance corporate precedents and know‑how resources.
• Provide technical legal support and guidance to Corporate lawyers.
• Deliver updates, training and thought leadership for colleagues and clients.
• Capture know‑how from transactions to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion legal tech, document automation and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Knowledge, Tech and Digital teams on projects.
• Support business development activities and client materials.
• Research market developments to identify new services.
