Job summary

Chadwick Nott is supporting a leading national law firm in recruiting a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer with 5+ PQE. The role centers on knowledge management, AI, and process improvements while staying closely connected to corporate practice.

You will develop precedents, provide technical guidance, and drive innovation across the knowledge function, technology, and client-facing resources across the Corporate team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in corporate practice.
• Strong technical corporate law expertise and commercial awareness.
• Interest in knowledge management, legal innovation and emerging AI technologies.
• Experience with legal technology and/or document automation tools; PSL experience not essential.
• Strong research, drafting, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build trusted relationships across a business.
• Enthusiasm for developing others and promoting best practice across the legal team.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate precedents, know-how materials and automated document suites.
• Provide technical legal support to lawyers across the Corporate team.
• Deliver legal updates, training programmes and thought leadership content for colleagues and clients.
• Capture and analyse know-how from transactions to support continuous improvement.
• Champion legal technology, document automation and AI initiatives across the practice.
• Collaborate with knowledge, technology, digital and business development teams on innovation projects.
• Support client development initiatives including pitches, tenders and client-facing legal resources.
• Monitor legal and market developments to identify new opportunities and enhance client service delivery.
