About the Role:

You will join a dynamic team handling a broad range of corporate insurance matters, including:

• Distribution agreements
• Run-off transactions
• Regulatory insurance advisory
• Corporate M&A, particularly within the insurance sector

Given the breadth of work, they are looking for candidates who have gained broad exposure across these areas, rather than being solely specialised in insurance M&A. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with blue-chip clients, including major insurers, reinsurers, and private equity houses.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience
• Solid training and experience from a top-tier firm
• Exposure to a broad range of corporate insurance work, including regulatory and M&A

• Commercial mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
