Job Description:

Levitate Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of an Insolvency Specialist in Southampton who has a current requirement for an Insolvency Manager.

Role:

You will manage a portfolio of complex cases supporting the Senior Management team. Responsibilities include managing up to 3 staff, providing on-the-job training and guidance.

  • Act as the lead on projects undertaken
  • Liaise with Directors pre and post appointment
  • Coordinate with Solicitors for legal advice on issues like wrongful trading and other transactions
  • Respond promptly to formal communications
  • Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders
  • Prepare statements of affairs and estimated outcome statements
  • Monitor work in progress and costs to budget
  • Allocate costs appropriately
  • Identify risk issues and report to management

Initially, you will assist with the firm’s marketing activities. As you grow in the role, duties will shift towards delegation and management responsibilities.

Requirements:

You should have a proven track record in insolvency, with experience at a Manager level. Experience with Administrations and Liquidations is essential; CPI qualification is an advantage.
