Lendlease is seeking a Corporate Governance and Compliance Manager for its London office to lead the development of its governance framework. This role involves supporting the Executive Leadership Team, creating compliance policies, and managing risk to enhance governance practices within the organization.

The Corporate Governance and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing and administering Bovis’ governance and compliance framework.
This opportunity comes at an exciting time for the business as it develops its governance framework alongside new policies and procedures to reflect its corporate structure following the acquisition by Atlas Holdings earlier this year.
