We are seeking a driven Corporate Fundraiser to build meaningful partnerships and fuel vital healthcare innovation.

Location: Cambridge (minimum 2 days/week in the office)

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) – part-time (4 days/week) considered

Contract: Permanent

About the Role

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for building strong, purposeful relationships? As a Corporate Fundraiser, you’ll be a key part of a forward-thinking charity’s fundraising team, responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of impactful corporate partnerships.

This is a varied role that blends new business development with strategic account management. You’ll play a vital part in supporting two pioneering hospital projects that aim to transform healthcare delivery on a national and global scale.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Securing new corporate support through research, outreach and tailored proposals
  • Managing a portfolio of partnerships, typically valued between £20k–£40k p.a.
  • Aligning business and charity goals to create mutually beneficial collaborations
  • Delivering excellent stewardship and engagement plans to ensure lasting impact
  • Working closely with internal teams to meet income targets and drive long-term growth

About You

You’ll be an enthusiastic and confident individual with a flair for developing professional relationships and securing support.

You should bring:

  • Experience in corporate fundraising, business development or a similar field
  • A successful track record of managing high-value partnerships or accounts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively to generate shared value
  • Excellent organisational and project management capabilities
  • Familiarity with the charity sector and/or Cambridge and East Anglia’s business networks (desirable)
