Qualifications

• The successful candidate is likely to be a Corporate Finance Solicitor with solid post-qualification experience.
• Applications from lawyers with strong transactional experience will be considered.
• Strong experience in corporate finance/banking transactions.
• Excellent technical and drafting skills.
• Experience managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent client-care and communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a national team.
