Our client, a well-established and diverse Law Firm, is currently recruiting for a qualified Solicitor to join its leading Corporate Team, which is one of the highest profiles in Scotland.

The role involves working with various international companies, fund managers, private equity matters, and investment banks. You will collaborate closely with other leading teams within the firm, including Real Estate, Restructuring and Business Advisory, and Banking.

The team is interested in hearing from lawyers with 2-4 years’ PQE with direct corporate finance transactional experience. However, consideration will be given to candidates with less direct experience but who demonstrate a strong aptitude and enthusiasm for this challenging and dynamic field.
