Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial modelling, treasury management, and long-term planning? Join us as a Corporate Finance Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organisation. This role is for 12-months on a Fixed Term basis.

As Corporate Finance Manager, you'll lead the development of robust financial models, deliver insightful analysis, and drive long-term planning and forecasting. Operating in a regulated, capital-intensive environment, you'll ensure optimal liquidity and financial risk management to support infrastructure investment and operational excellence. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, regulators, and investors, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop agile financial models for investment decisions and regulatory submissions
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, driving performance insights
  • Manage short- and long-term cash flow and treasury operations
  • Oversee financing initiatives including M&A, debt issuance, and investor relations
  • Act as primary liaison with credit rating agencies and external advisors
  • Support financial control, statutory accounts, and compliance activities
Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Strong analytical and presentation abilities
  • Experience in corporate finance, treasury, and strategic planning within regulated sectors
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CFA qualification
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
  • From a transactional service background, treasury or corporate finance experience
Desirable:
  • Experience of financial transactions and due diligence exercise
  • Experience working for transaction services team in practice or finance analyst for investor organisation
  • Power BI or equivalent experience
  • Experience in regulated sectors
