Job summary

The CFO HQ is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager/Director in Manchester to lead and grow a focused advisory team. You will work hands-on on a range of corporate finance deals, providing strategic advice to clients including private equity-backed businesses.

In this role you will manage the full deal lifecycle, mentor junior team members, and drive growth while delivering high-quality advisory services from our Manchester office.

Qualifications

• ACA-qualified corporate finance professional with experience managing full deal lifecycle.
