Job Description

The firm is expanding, and you will be a key team member working on diverse deals as a Corporate Finance Manager in Exeter. Your responsibilities include supporting directors, managing project delivery throughout the deal process—from client meetings, deal structuring, financial modelling, proposals, due diligence, valuations, to deal completion. Building client relationships and understanding their needs will be vital. Work will involve mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, fundraising, restructuring, refinancing, grant applications, and valuations. You will produce cash flow forecasts, budgets, and guide clients through technical transactions.

The Successful Applicant

You could be ACA, ACCA, or CF qualified, with experience in an accountancy practice—be it Top 4, Top Ten, Mid Tier, Top 50, or an independent firm. Alternatively, experience within a boutique corporate finance environment is also suitable. Candidates with one to several years of post-qualification experience at or near the Corporate Finance Manager level are encouraged to apply.
