In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of exciting transactions – from MBOs and MBIs through to acquisitions, disposals, and strategic advisory work. You’ll have the opportunity to shape deals end-to-end: preparing businesses for sale, supporting PE-backed growth plans, researching and approaching buyers, assessing bids, and steering clients through legal and completion stages.

• A qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with several years’ post-qualified experience in a deals environment.
