Job summary

Lord Search & Selection Ltd in London is seeking an experienced corporate financier to join a highly regarded corporate finance team. The Associate will gain exposure across live transactions, working closely with senior professionals and business owners.

Role covers full transaction lifecycle—from supporting M&A and advisory work to preparing financial analyses, information memorandums, and client materials.

Qualifications

• ACA qualification with 2+ years of M&A lead advisory experience.
• Strong academic and professional credentials.
• Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Experience completing multiple buy and/or sell side transactions.
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
• The ambition to develop within a successful and growing advisory business.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the execution of M&A and corporate finance transactions
• Preparing financial analysis, valuation models and transaction analysis
• Producing information memorandums, management presentations and other client materials
• Undertaking financial and commercial analysis as part of transaction processes
• Supporting due diligence and liaising with clients, advisers and other transaction stakeholders
• Working directly with senior members of the team and gaining exposure to clients and business owners
