Job summary

Dains is looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst in Birmingham to support deal execution, including financial analysis, market research, and the preparation of information memorandums and management presentations. You will work with senior colleagues through the transaction lifecycle, gaining exposure to M&A, due diligence and strategic advisory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in audit or accounts within an accountancy practice.
• Must have begun studying AAT or ACCA alongside gaining hands on experience.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 6 or higher.
• 112 UCAS points or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transaction lifecycle activities and deal execution.
• Conduct financial analysis and market research to support client engagements.
• Prepare financial models and valuations for advisory projects.
• Support due diligence workstreams and information memorandums.
• Assist in creating management presentations for clients.
