Job summary

Dains is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst in Birmingham to join a growing team focused on deals, valuations and strategic advisory. This early-career role offers hands-on experience across transaction lifecycle under senior guidance.

You will perform financial analysis, market research and assist with information memorandums while pursuing professional qualifications. The role supports flexible hybrid working and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in audit or accounts within an accountancy practice.
• Started studying AAT or ACCA alongside work experience.

Our Corporate Finance Team

Our Corporate Finance team is recognised for delivering high impact, award winning advisory services across the Midlands and beyond to a wide range of clients. With a strong track record of successful transactions, the team specialises in M&A, management buy outs, due diligence, and strategic planning.

As Corporate Finance Analyst you will support the delivery of a wide range of corporate finance assignments, working closely with senior colleagues to assist clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will play a key part in conducting financial analysis and market research, preparing financial models and valuations, supporting due diligence projects, assisting with the preparation of information memorandums and management presentations.

Entry Requirements

• You must have a minimum of a years experience working in audit or accounts within an accountancy practice.
• You must have began studying your AAT or ACCA qualification alongside gaining hands on experience.
