Job summary

Dains Group in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance Analyst to support a range of advisory assignments and client matters.

You will assist with financial analysis, market research, financial modeling, valuations, due diligence, and the preparation of information memorandums and management presentations, working closely with senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in audit or accounts within an accountancy practice.
• Begin studying AAT or ACCA alongside gaining hands-on experience.
• GCSE Maths and English min Grade 6.
• 112 UCAS points or equivalent (excl. General Studies).
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of corporate finance assignments for clients.
• Conduct financial analysis and market research for engagements.
• Prepare financial models and valuations for transactions.
• Assist with due diligence projects and information memorandums.
• Help create management presentations for deal teams.

Our Corporate Finance Team

Our Corporate Finance team is recognised for delivering high impact, award winning advisory services across the Midlands and beyond to a wide range of clients. With a strong track record of successful transactions, the team specialises in M&A, management buy outs, due diligence, and strategic planning.

As Corporate Finance Analyst you will support the delivery of a wide range of corporate finance assignments, working closely with senior colleagues to assist clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will play a key part in conducting financial analysis and market research, preparing financial models and valuations, supporting due diligence projects, assisting with the preparation of information memorandums and management presentations.

Entry Requirements

• You must have a minimum of a years experience working in audit or accounts within an accountancy practice.
• You must have began studying your AAT or ACCA qualification alongside gaining hands on experience.
• Minimum Grade 6 in Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent.
• A minimum of 112 UCAS points or equivalent (Excluding General Studies).
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
