Job summary

The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) is seeking an Events Market Development Lead to drive new business across corporate and agency sectors. You will build pipelines, develop client relationships, and deliver bespoke proposals aligned with our sales strategy.

Hybrid working options and a competitive salary up to £45,000 with excellent benefits support your success in this role. Travel and full UK driving licence are required.

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for events and business development? The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) is looking for an Events Market Development Lead to join our dynamic team and help us grow our corporate and agency event sales.

About The Role

As our Events Market Development Lead, you’ll take the lead in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth across corporate and agency sectors. You’ll proactively build and manage your own pipeline of prospects, develop strong client relationships, and deliver bespoke proposals that align with our sales strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in event sales or business development who thrives on achieving targets.
