Senior Consultant - M&A / Corporate Development - Financial Services

I’m currently looking for an In-House M&A / Corporate Development Associate for a strong and thriving PE-Backed Wealth Management firm in London.

You will have a wide variety of duties, work closely with the M&A Director supporting them with building relationships and managing deals end-to-end.

• Location - London Area

Requirements - MUST HAVE

• Detailed knowledge of the individual process steps of the M&A process.
• Ideally previous experience in Big4 or a PE-backed business.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience working in an Corporate Finance / M&A / Transaction Services position.
• Have worked on Financial Services / FIG deals.
• Completed degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any other related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
