You will support partners and senior lawyers on corporate transactions, conduct legal research, and draft documents for reports, gaining meaningful experience as part of a clear training path.

Qualifications

• A strong academic background.
• LPC or SQE 1 completed.
• Prior Commercial and/or Corporate Paralegal experience.
