G2 Legal Limited in London is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its busy Corporate team on a hybrid basis. You will support M&A and corporate transactions from inception to completion, gaining exposure to high-value deals and direct client contact.

A leading London law firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its busy and highly regarded Corporate team. Working alongside experienced partners and solicitors, you'll play a key role in a broad range of acquisitions, disposals and general corporate transactions.

The Role

• Supporting M&A and corporate transactions from inception to completion
• Assisting with due diligence, disclosure exercises and transaction documents
• Preparing Companies House filings, board minutes and corporate records
• Managing transaction checklists, data rooms and completion processes
• Liaising with clients and professional advisers throughout the transaction lifecycle

About You

• At least 6 months' experience within a Corporate or Corporate/Commercial team
• Exposure to acquisitions, disposals or other transactional work
