Job summary

Ryder Reid is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Paralegal for a highly regarded UK Top 100 law firm in Central London. The role is hybrid and offers direct progression to a training contract, with exposure to high-profile City matters.

You will support partners and senior lawyers on corporate transactions, conduct legal research, and draft documents for reports, gaining meaningful experience as part of a clear training path.

Qualifications

• A strong academic background.
• LPC or SQE 1 completed.
• Prior Commercial and/or Corporate Paralegal experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting partners and senior lawyers on corporate transactions, including M&A.
• Conducting legal research.
• Drafting and preparation of legal documents and reports.
