Yolk Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Corporate Commercial Partner in Cardiff to lead and grow a regional law firm's corporate and commercial offering. You will shape strategy, deepen client relationships and identify new opportunities to drive growth.

The successful candidate will bring significant corporate/commercial experience and a collaborative, entrepreneurial leadership style aimed at expanding the department and the firm's regional presence.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Commercial Partner to join an established, growing regional law firm in Cardiff.

This is an opportunity for an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer to take a strategic role in the continued development of a well-established legal offering, helping shape its future direction, strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities for growth.

The firm has a strong regional presence across Wales and the South West, advising a broad range of businesses, from entrepreneurial start-ups and SMEs to established organisations. The opportunity

This is a senior, strategic appointment offering scope to influence the direction and growth of the Corporate & Commercial practice.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Help shape and deliver the department's strategic growth plans.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Build on the firm's established regional network and wider commercial relationships.
• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, corporate restructurings, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts and joint ventures.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across complementary practice areas to deliver a joined-up service to clients.
• Support the development, mentoring and progression of colleagues within the wider team.
• Contribute to the firm's wider business strategy, helping drive sustainable growth and continued success.

About you
