The successful applicant will join a firm dedicated to supporting the mental and physical wellbeing of its staff.

On their behalf, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer. Working in a well-established team who specialise in:

• Succession planning
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Management Buyouts
• Company law
• Restructuring
• Joint Ventures
• Commercial & Partnership agreements
• IP & Licensing

You will have a minimum of 2 years PQE and a desire to progress your career. Our client has a clear route to progression.
