The Role

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Solicitor, from Associate to Partner level, to join our successful Corporate Commercial team in our Taunton or Exeter office. The team handles a varied caseload with high-quality clients. You will undertake fee-earning work on corporate and commercial matters, assist with current workload, and play a key role in developing and expanding the department’s client base. You will also help manage and develop the team, including supervising and delegating to team members.

About You

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, proactive, and enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills. You should have solid corporate experience (transactional and general) and good commercial contracts experience, including supply, distribution, franchise agreements, and terms and conditions.

Excellent business development and networking skills, along with a growth mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture, are essential.
