SaccoMann is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor in Peterborough. The role demands managing a diverse corporate caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and joint ventures, with emphasis on client relationship management and clear commercial drafting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality service.

• Experience handling corporate transactions such as acquisitions, reorganisations and joint ventures.

About the role

This opportunity is for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, capable of managing a diverse caseload effectively. You will work on an array of corporate transactions, including:

• Company acquisitions and disposals (including management buy-outs)
• Company re-organisation and mergers
• Shareholders and commercial agreements
• Joint venture & consultancy agreements
• Negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts
