Corporate & Commercial Solicitor – Peterborough

Based in Peterborough, you will manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues on major transactions. The work is varied and high‑quality, from acquisitions & disposals to reorganisations, mergers and commercial agreements, and you may occasionally travel to other offices to meet clients and strengthen relationships.

You will bring strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and the confidence to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and commercial awareness.
