THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer with 5+ PQE to join a well-established law firm.

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, handling a broad and high-level workload, including:

1. Mergers & Acquisitions
2. Corporate reorganisations
3. Shareholder agreements and Corporate Governance
4. Commercial Contracts, E-Commerce / Data Protection
5. Intellectual property

The post holder will play a significant role as a key member of a thriving team, participating in business development and mentoring junior team members.

THE CANDIDATE
