The Role:

As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will be immersed in a variety of stimulating work from day one, including:

• Handling non-contentious corporate and commercial matters.
• Managing M&A transactions, equity fundraising, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, and corporate financing.
• Advising on corporate real estate transactions, both in the UK and offshore.
• Drafting and negotiating a range of legal documents, including NDAs, investment agreements, and share option agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and services in corporate and commercial law.
• Work collaboratively with Partners, Solicitors, and Paralegals.
• Assist and guide junior fee earners.
• Efficiently manage a diverse and busy caseload.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years PQE in Corporate Commercial law.
• Proven ability to handle a broad range of corporate commercial matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
