The Opportunity: Elevate Your Legal Career

The firm is looking for a talented Corporate Commercial Partner to join their thriving practice, located in the heart of London's West End. Here's what you can expect:

Growing Department: You'll collaborate closely with a couple of other highly regarded Corporate and Commercial partners. You will be at the forefront of this growing department working with the other partners to drive the department forward; you will also lead a team of junior lawyers.

Varied Caseload: You will deal with a diverse and broad caseload, which will make for an interesting role. You will act for national and international entrepreneurs, directors, and members as well as limited companies, LLPs, PLCs and multinational corporations.

The caseload will include but not be limited to; M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, fundraising, investment, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements.

Requirements:

• You should be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair for networking and business development
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers (preferred, but not essential)
