Job Description:

Buckden Partners has been mandated by a global bank to support them in their search for a new Corporate Banking Director in their Hotels team.

They are currently looking for a dynamic Relationship Director to join their London team and play a pivotal role in building a commercial portfolio from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an active portfolio of corporate banking customers and grow the bank with the acquisition of new customers.
• Develop and deliver a business plan, responding to internal risk challenges, external market challenges, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage all aspects of risk, including credit, operational, and regulatory.
• Collaborate proactively with the Managing Director of Commercial Banking to formulate a strategic business plan for the designated area, offering support in the development of support staff.
