Qualifications

• Solid background in corporate law (1-5 PQE) in a recognised corporate team.
• Strong experience in M&A and corporate advisory work.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage a busy caseload.
• Positive, client-focused mindset and an interest in team development.

Responsibilities

• Managing private M&A transactions, restructurings, JV and corporate projects.
• Advising on corporate governance, regulatory considerations and general corporate advisory.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of corporate documentation.
• Developing strong and lasting client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
• Contributing to business development and helping to shape the continued growth of the Corporate department.
