Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate M&A and private equity transactions.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate law and commercial awareness.

• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate finance matters.
• Working with high-profile clients across various sectors.
