We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and talented lawyer to join our top-tier Corporate team based in Bristol. You will work on interesting and often complex national and international deals across a variety of sectors and work types, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, emerging companies and venture capital, and equity capital markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-respected, vibrant team and to work in a supportive and collegiate environment. The Corporate Bristol team comprises 10 Partners, 5 Associate Directors, 6 Senior Associates, 2 Associates, 3 Trainee Solicitors, and 2 Solicitor Apprentices. We work closely with Corporate colleagues in our Thames Valley and London offices, forming a department of around 110 fee earners overall. We also collaborate closely with specialist teams at the firm who support our transactions, and with our network of international offices.
