Job summary

Eclectic Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Corporate Associate for its London office to work on a broad range of M&A transactions within a well-established Corporate team.

The role involves advising on a varied mix of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, transactions involving listed businesses, and drafting and negotiating corporate documentation. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-4 years' PQE, although candidates outside this range are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience advising on M&A transactions.
• A solid grounding in corporate law gained within private practice.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• The ability to manage matters effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Applications welcomed from candidates from a range of firm backgrounds with Corporate/M&A experience.

About you

We are interested in hearing from Corporate lawyers with:
