Job summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate M&A lawyer to join a leading US firm in its London office. The team advises on a broad range of sophisticated public and private transactions, including public takeovers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. It works across a range of sectors and regularly handles complex cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will advise on complex public and private M&A matters from the initial structuring of a transaction through to signing and completion. The role will offer significant involvement in public company work alongside broader corporate transactions.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England & Wales
• Have 4-6 years’ PQE gained within a leading Corporate M&A practice.
• Strong experience of public M&A
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
