Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' PQE in corporate law.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience with commercial contracts and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate M&A, share buybacks, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and SLAs.
• Advise on corporate structures and shareholder agreements.

We are recruiting a new Corporate Solicitor on behalf of a stable and solvent central London firm

You will have at least 4 years’ PQE (guideline) and experience of the following:

Commercial

• Drafting service level agreements
• Commercial contracts
