  • planning, organising and servicing Board and Committee meetings supporting the work of NHS Highland to a high standard, ensuring all deadlines are timeously met.
  • resolving day to day problems independently and liaise with other Corporate Support Team colleagues as well as those in other directorates.
  • providing assistance with a range of administrative processes in support of board governance, corporate records management, risk register updates, whistleblowing standards, freedom of information requests and complaints.

We are looking for a committed professional with:

  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous organisational improvement, and team development.
  • Strong minute taking ability.

AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot can be great for planning and preparing your application - but your answers must be your own.

  • Show us the real you: your application should reflect your skills, experience, and motivations authentically.
  • Use AI wisely: it’s fine to use AI for ideas or to check spelling and grammar, but don’t let it write your answers.
  • Why this matters: applications that rely on AI-generated content may be withdrawn. By applying, you confirm your responses are based on your own knowledge and achievements.

Tip: Think of AI as a helper, not a substitute. We want to understand you—not an AI tool.
