The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to cover lessons across various key stages, ensuring learning objectives are met when colleagues are absent.

You will deliver engaging teaching, manage classrooms, and tailor strategies to diverse learners, all while enjoying weekly Friday pay and ongoing development opportunities. The role supports students with SEN and involves collaboration with schools across the network.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
• Previous experience teaching in education settings is preferred but not essential.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in accordance with the school’s curriculum and policies.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students and maintain continuity of learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication during periods of teacher absence.
• Provide feedback on student progress and maintain accurate records as required.
