Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is seeking a Cover Supervisor for day-to-day supply across Lowestoft. You’ll supervise classes, deliver lesson plans, and support students daily in a dynamic school environment.

Ideal candidates show strong classroom management, reliable attendance, and effective communication with staff. DBS clearance is preferred or obtainable, and experience with youth is desirable. Salary is paid weekly through PAYE and depends on experience.

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
