Tripod Partners is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for Safeguarding in Cornwall/Devon, with an immediate start on an ongoing contract. The role pays £34.00 per hour and requires strong post-qualification experience in the Childrens services, including assessment and duty work.

You will manage CIN/CP/LAC cases, SWETs, and Court reports, attending strategy meetings and multi-agency conferences. A proactive recruiter provides DBS/compliance, payroll, and interview support to help you settle

Qualifikationen

• Post-qualification experience in childrens services (Assessment, Duty) preferred.
• Experience with CIN/CP/LAC cases and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience completing SWETs, Section 7 reports and court reports.

Aufgaben

• Handle Section 47 investigations and initial strategy discussions.
• Attend ICPCs, core groups and RCPCs as required.
• Prepare and present court reports and attend court proceedings.
• Participate in Strategy Meetings and multi-agency safeguarding discussions.
• Manage complex CP and CLA caseloads with visits and reviews.

Qualified Social Worker Safeguarding Cornwall, Devon Immediate start with ongoing contract. Paying £34.00 per hour

• You will need to have strong post qualified experience in Children's' Team - Assessment, Duty work - 2 years minimum qualified experience desired.
• Hold CIN and CP cases and hold LAC cases
• Completing SWETs
• Section 7 reports
• Section 47 assessments / strategy discussions /ICPCs
• Holding complex CP cases Including CP visits, Core groups RCPCs etc.
• Holding CLA cases including Stat reviews, PEPs and visits.
• Undertaking Section 47 investigations
• Writing court reports and attending court
• Attending Strategy Meetings, network and Professional Meetings.
