Job summary

Integra Education North is seeking confident Maths, English and Science tutors to provide high-quality 1:1 tuition in St Helens and surrounding areas. Join a community-focused team delivering personalised support to pupils across varying abilities, with flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English and/or Science.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs is beneficial.
• Good understanding of the UK national curriculum.
• Ability to adapt learning approaches to engage individual students.
• Teaching, tutoring, or classroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver focused 1:1 sessions outside of a traditional classroom environment.
• Plan and adapt lessons around each pupil’s learning style and needs.
• Track pupil progress and provide feedback to pupils and guardians where appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive tutoring environment.

Core Subject Tutors Needed | St Helens & Nearby Areas | £25–£30 per hour

Looking to step away from the pressures of the classroom while still making a genuine difference in education?

We are currently seeking passionate Maths, English, and Science tutors across St Helens and the surrounding areas to provide high-quality 1:1 tuition to pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds.

This role offers the opportunity to support students in a more personalised way — whether they need a confidence boost, extra academic support, or alternative provision due to SEN/SEMH needs.
