Job summary

Genesis AI is hiring a core maintainer for Genesis-World, its Python-first robotics simulation platform. You will shape the software engineering backbone, improve infrastructure, tooling, APIs and architecture, and work across the engine and compiler teams to deliver a reliable, scalable platform.

You will partner with physics algorithms teams and contribute to open-source adoption by debugging, testing, and enhancing reproducibility across backends and hardware.

Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering on large codebases with maintainable architecture.
• Experience with developer tooling, testing, CI at scale.
• Familiarity with JIT compilation, code generation, or GPU stacks.
• Ability to debug across Windows, Linux and macOS on x86 and arm64; CUDA/AMD/Metal.

Responsibilities

• Review issues and pull requests with the core team.
• Answer questions from users and contributors and aid adoption.
• Build the software engineering backbone of Genesis-World, including tooling and APIs.
