Twynham Learning Core Services is seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to deliver high-quality administrative, governance and organisational support across our trust operations. The role sits at the heart of trust operations, working with senior leaders to maintain records, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and professionalism.
About the role
Vacancy type: Support staff
Start date: ASAP (subject to pre-start checks)
Contract term: Permanent
Working hours: 20 hours per week, worked 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday- Friday).
There is flexibility for start and finish times which suit the successful candidate to be agreed, but the hours cannot be compressed into fewer than 5 days per week.
Weeks per year: Year-round contract (term times, school holidays and INSET days)
Grade: 6
Salary range: Support staff salary points 6 – 9
£26,847 to £28,153 (FTE)
£14,512 to £15,218 (pro rata)
Location: Twynham Learning Core Services office, co-located with The Grange School, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 3AU
Reports to: Director of Inclusion & Wellbeing
